привет всем. помогите плиз. я новичок ивпервые устанавливаю программу в Линуксе с консоли. Приветствую! А почему бы не поставить licq из репозиториев Mandriva? Эта программа там есть Делается все легко и просто - из панели управления Mandriva ---

Если уж так хочется собрать из исходников - проверяем наличие нужных библиотек описаных на сайте проекта [вот тут](http://www.licq.org/wiki/LicqRequirements). ---

что такое репозитарий? r0g3r - я английский плохо знаю ---

В Mandriva есть такая штука - как панель управления. Если зайти в нее то будет несколько разделов, посвященных управлению софтом. Нужно в одном из низ выбрать - источники - и подключить как раз интернет-репозитории. После того как все подключили можно зайти в установку-удаление пакетов и оттуда выбрать licq. И поставить его. Пакет автоматически скачается и установится. Без всякой компиляции. А вообще репозитарий - это хранилище пакетов для определенного дистрибутива. ---
