Key responsibility is providing professional, courteous and prompt technical support for assigned company’s ASP products. This should include basic problem prioritization, analysis and resolution of issues where answers can be easily obtained. The result should be high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements: - excellent command of English language, other additional languages (German, French, Spanish) are welcome; - very high responsibility; - general intelligence; - excellent communication skills, good active listening skills with an ability to interpret customers communications to understand the heart of the problem; - good team player, able to work tolerantly and positively with people with different work styles to meet team goals; - general understanding of internet technologies, understanding of HTML, Javascript; - ideally familiarity with Flash; - technical education desired (but not a must); - strong will to learn constantly; - interest in helping and assist people, customer-oriented working style.
