Hotplug включен, что явно видно из системных сообщений.

Нет там такой папки.

Hi! у меня телефон с дата кабелем pl2303, дистрибутив suse 9.1. Все вроде ok, однако ни pppd, ни kppp, ни wvdial не хотят соединяться. Пробовал указывать /dev/ttyUSB0 - не работает.
