Непоятки с NVidia...

Скачал и установил с сайта NVidia "NVIDIA..6629-pkg1.run"

Проблема: сразу после установки startx - работает все отлично!

После перезагрузки Х-ы не грузятся выдают ошибку, фрагмент log:

(EE) NVIDIA(0): Failed to initialize the NVIDIA kernel module!

(EE) NVIDIA(0): *** Aborting ***

(II) UnloadModule: "nvidia"

(EE) Screen(s) found, but none have a usable configuration.

Fatal server error:

no screens found

Please consult the The X.Org Foundation support

at http://wiki.X.Org

for help.

Все изменения внес согласно Readme NVIDIA, фрагмент xorg.conf:

Поискав в И-нете, изменил modules.conf:

char-major-195 nvidia

Но все равно после перезагрузки Х-ы не грузятся...

Можеш описать как ты устанавливал дрова "NVIDIA..6629-pkg1.run" на ASPLinux10?

Да как - запустил sh ....-run затем подправил xorg.conf.

Только уже все, я сделал ) оказывается просто нашел исходники NVIDIA-Kernel и скомпилил их - опа, все заработало!

Но за заботу спасибо )
