Ну... ps ax - это вывод списка процессов. А Вы что привели? Smile

Или дайте вывод netstat -nltp

Вы nslookup запускаете на той же машине, где и bind запущен? Если да, то попробуйте дописать в начало /etc/resolv.conf строку nameserver 127.0.0.1

И еще бы неплохо содержимое Вашего master/kafc или как он у Вас называется...
